If you choose to log in using Facebook, Apple, Google or other Third-party Login, we may collect your name, gender, age (calculated from your date of birth), and interests/hobbies from your Third-party account. We may also gather information about other RealHorse users among your Third-party friends or connections.

During the registration process, we collect non-identifiable information through Google Analytics, which does not include account-specific data.
1.4. Horse Data:
We save data from your including diagnosis provided by you or your expert. We use the data to train the proprietary RealHorse algorithm to make it even better at helping you and your horse in the future.

We save and process user activity data for analytical purposes, customer support, and marketing.
1.6. Results, Images, and Videos:
Results, images, and videos that you post within the app, including metadata, are saved.

Location data is collected when using the app in order to help you find expert help and provide relevant information, based on your geographical location.

Your horse’s movement data is saved and related diagnosis and other data are saved to monitor the development of your horse’s movement, with your consent and for fulfilling our contractual relationship.

- Open the RealHorse app on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Tap on Delete Account.
By confirming this action, your subscription will be canceled, and all of your data will be permanently deleted. Please note that this process is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover your data once it has been deleted. If you only pause your subscription, we will keep your data for you.
